All Premier Clean ducted Vacuum machines are covered under our standard warranty terms.
Hoses, Floor Tools and Inlets are covered for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
Ducted Vacuum machines electric motors are covered for the following time periods:
Compact 2, Compact 1, Premier 200 and Typhoon Units Electric Motors for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Monarch 250, Premier 250 and Premier 3000 Units Electric Motors for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase.
Monarch 490 – 950, Premier 520 – 950 and Premier 4000 – 6000 Units Electric Motors for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase.
